Installed FSDreamTeam's Chicago O'Hare scenery in P3Dv4.3.
Runways: 10/28, 14L/32R, 14R/32L, 4L/22R, 4R/22L, 9L/27R & 9R/27L.
Navigraph's: 9L/27R, 9R/27L, 4L/22R, 4R/22L, 10L/28R, 10C/28C & 10R/28L
Have I done something wrong?
Tks

Yes. You bought a 10 year old product, updated 7 years ago and expected it to be up-to-date.
Luckily, there is a completely new version (KORD v2) expected before the end of this year and there was even talk of a small discount to owners of the old KORD scenery.
Follow progress on v2 here:

Hi Umberto,
Will the new KORD be compatible with FSX ? Also is there a current AFCAD file that removes the runways that either rename or remove runways that are no longer in use? I use Radar Contact for my ATC and sometimes they direct me to a closed or renamed runway, I assume this program and Aivla's EFB read the developers AFCAD or ADE

No, of course. We announced that we stopped developing new products for FSX last year:
