After quite a while I flew into KCLT and got all these issues. Shouldn't the Updater advise us to update prior to the flight? It's never advised me.

The updater would check every 24 hours but, if you chose to ignore an update, it will not ask again until we release a new one. However, if you ever used the Live Update (with KCLT installed), after July 24, which is the release date of the updated discussed in this thread, you surely have that fix already.

I still have the problem with missing taxiway lights btw. I uninstalled and reinstalled KCLT last week and the problem persists. I would love some support to figure this out.

Yes, you were advised (unless you explicitly disabled Live Update notifications), because we surely sent several notifications since July. You must have ignored it without realizing it. It happens.
