XPOI 1.5 - IFR Extension released

Hello to all,

We are pleased to announce the 1.5 release for XPOI, named "IFR Extension". It's a significant update, that adds Facilities (VOR/NDB/Interections/Airports) to be shown as POIs.

This feature works without the need of an Internet connection, but still doesn't require a local database, because it can read data directly from FSX and it's compatible with any 3rd party scenery which might have added its own facilities to FSX.

We have updated the manual to discuss the new features.

The upgrade is a free download for all previous XPOI users and, as usual, acts like a Trial if you are not yet registered. Download it from the main XPOI Product page.

Installation for existing XPOI users:
is suggested you Uninstall XPOI normally (without removing the Addon Manager or the Couatl engine when asked), then run the new installer. Registration info will of course stay.

Purchase Method

XPOI is distributed as a Try-Before-Buy product. You will freely download a Demo version, that will run for a few minutes at time (the timer restarts if you exit and enter Flight Simulator), and the Demo can be unlocked by purchasing the product, directly inside Flight Simulator. Refer to the fsdt_install_guide.pdf document found under the fsdreamteam folder under the FS folder after the installation for more details.
