Title: Two computers
Post by: knack on November 04, 2007, 07:07:10 am
Hi,

just tried out and bought ZurichX.  Super stuff!.. I was so impressed that I also downloaded the FS9 version.
However, I am running FSX and my original FS9 sims on two different computers since I wanted a dedicated machine for FSX and Vista, especially after reading the horror stories of the invasive way FSX alters/deletes registry entries for FS9.
Since I have spent many hundreds of dollars on FS9 (and countless hours tweaking and re-installing add-on aircraft, scenery, weather, atc...etc, etc I did not want to risk a concurrent installation of FSX on my FS9 machine.

Is there any way I can use Zurich9 (without having to pay for it twice!  ;D)?

Hoping for a solution and congratulations on a well done piece of work!

Cheers!

Tony

There's nothing special to do, as explained in the FAQ, we are offering 6 activations per order.

Just move your "fsdreamteam_zurichx.reg" file in the other PC, double-click on it to install in the registry, install Zurich, launch FS with an internet connection active, and it will be activated on this PC as well, consuming another one of your 6 activations.

Grazie, Umberto!

It worked like a charm.

Looking forward to more power sceneries like this one!

Cheers,

Tony
