Title: We are sorry, but your order cannot be processed

Tried to purchase xclass USA from the esellerate site, and met that this tasty gem: "We are sorry, but your order cannot be processed...blah blah blah" What do I need to do to make it happen?

The message doesn't say "blah, blah, blah", it says that for any questions about why the purchase couldn't be processed, you should contact Esellerate support and their email.

Have you done that ?

We don't handle payments, don't have your payment details and don't know about an order until after it has been processed successfully (and we don't have your payment details even then), everything that happens before, it's entirely out of our control and it's handled entirely by Esellerate.
