Title: need pointed in the right direction... made dumb mistake

Hello,

   Well I can honestly admit that I made a dumb mistake here. I downloaded and installed the F4 Phantom and went to purchase it. I inadvertently purchased the F104 at the top of the list of the add-on list in FS2004 as I think my mind was looking for numbers instead of the word "Phantom" that is listed lower in the column of the add-on list. I haven't downloaded or installed the F104 and wasn't planning to. I understand that this is my own fault but am hoping that someone here may be able to point me in the right direction for either receiving a refund for the F104 so that I can purchase the F4 Phantom as originally intended or if possible to deactivate my serial for the F104 and assign me one for an F4 Phantom as I believe they are the same price. Again, I appreciate any help that anybody might be able to give and help me straighten out this mistake and I apologize for any inconvenience that it may cause. Thanks again!

We can't just exchange serials from different products, it doesn't matter if they costs the same, the system doesn't support this. So, you'll have to:

- Buy the Phantom

- Send us an email with the Order Number for the Phantom, so we'll refund you the F104 purchased by mistake.
