Excuse for the question, if this a cloud9 register file, do i need to update addon manager?

I don't understand the question, especially with the "bglman.dll" subject. As indicated on our Cloud9 page (I moved the post in the correct Cloud9 section), you need to update the Addon Manager if you install a Cloud9 product that doesn't have an FSDT installer.
