Title: Xclass Europe installer

I just purchased Xclass Europe v. 1.05 form your website, through Paypal.  After payment, I received a payment confirmation to print for my records, and on the same page I see an install button. Problem is, I ordered the software from my work computer. Where do I get the installer when I want to download the program from my home PC tonight??

PS I read about the installers for FSX, and the new Reinstallers, in the sticky notes, but it is not clear to me.
Please, if you can explain it to me...

The install link should work from anywhere.

Virtuali, maybe I was not clear enough...the install link was shown on the confirmation page that I received upon payment. Since I paid from work, the install link was shown to me on the work computer, not just anywhere, just on the confirmation page. I can't get to the confirmation page anymore from home, I hope this is clearer now. So, where do I get the installer now? Usually, when I order a software, after payment the installer I paid for is shown ob the product vendor's page, after entering some keycode or password, whici is not the case here. Unless you point me to the installer page. So far I paid for an installer it seems so hard to find anywhere on the website...

A copy of order confirmation has of course being sent to the email address you inserted when ordering, and that includes an install link.

This is because the installer is not freely available on the Website, since the X-Class series is the only product we sell that doesn't use our online activation, so it's not available in Trial version, which is why the installer is only available after purchasing, with a link shown both on the confirmation page AND in the purchase receipt that is being sent via email.

Hi Virtuali, and pardon me for coming back with more questions; the problem is that when I paid, the transaction was executed via esellerate. They sent me a confirmation through their website, where it showed the link to the installer, but they never sent me an emil confirmation with the link included. So, that's where the problem is. Should I contact esellerate, and ask them to send me an email with the installer link? Thanks for your help and patience, regards,   ;)

They surely have, maybe the email ended up in your spam folder, or was wrongly removed by your ISP spam filter. In any case, we have a FAQ for this:

 have lost my Email receipt, how can I reactivate my product ? (in this case, "reactivation" doesn't apply to X-Class, but the rest does)

You can go to Esellerate support site here:

http://store.esellerate.net/support

You can retrieve your Order History, by inserting the email you used to purchased the product, then press the "E-Mail Order History" button. Having your Order, will allow to use the server-assisted Reinstall. If you want to know your Serial Number, insert your Order Number and Email, then press the "Submit" button on the Esellerate support site: this will enter inside your Order Page, with option to see your original Email Receipt, that contains also your Serial Number.

I just got back from my vacation, and I  finally found the email I was looking for from Esellerate, with my order details, and a link to download the product I purchased, so problem solved. Thank you very much for your prompt support, take care,
