Title: cannot download any products

Hello,
I am trying to download my purchased products to install on a new computer, but when I click the download link for each product I only get this message

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu) Server at update.virtualisoftware.com Port 443

Hi,
I tried KORD V2, KLAX, and I think Hawaiian Airports. Volume 1. Could this be some strange browser problem? I am using Firefox. No problem signing into the forums here or with other websites

Try clearing your cache, if that doesn't work, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try a different browser.

It turns out that this is a Firefox issue. I could download them just fine using the Edge Browser.
I have both GSX and GSX level 2. It appears the installer files are identical. Is that true, and can I install just GSX Level 2? The website says GSX L2 won't work without GSX being installed.

They both use the same installer, so you only need to run the installer once. When you run the simulator and go to the Add-on Manager to activate your products, you do need to activate both.
