Hello, I would like to ask for your help to solve a couple of problems that you can see in the attached images and that I summarize below:

1. I would like to know how to remove some passenger gangways that due to their location are not useful at all, but annoying. It is a pay airport.

2. In the boarding phase the program asks me to open door 2, but in spite of my efforts I have not been able to do it. What can I do?

3. The fuel cart is not positioned properly at the time of fuelling. How to correct the issue?

4. When I use an Embraer 120, during the boarding process the passengers get off the bus, and only after making a kind of L shape, they go to the boarding steps. What can I do to make them go directly to the stairs of the aircraft?

Thank you very much for any help you can give me.

Good morning, good luck

Impossible to say, without knowing exactly how each one is made.

- If they are made as standard jetways, create an Exclude as explained in the GSX manual and in the video tutorial here:

http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php/topic,19171.0.html

- If they are made as SODE jetways, you must remove their SODE XML file from the C:\ProgramData\12bpilot\SODE\XML folder

- If they are made as static objects, but separated from the terminal, they are USUALLY defined in a library .BGL. Assuming the library .BGL has a name you can easily associate with jetways ( not always the case ) and assuming that library .BGL ONLY includes jetways, you might be able to remove them by removing that file. If any of these conditions is not satisfied, you might risk removing other objects required by the scenery.

- If they are made as static objects, but NOT separated from the terminal, you can TRY using this method:

This seems to indicate you are trying to use an airplane without having configured it first in GSX, which you usually can't do. It's impossible to help you without knowing *exactly* how that airplane is made. It might use the default variable for the 2nd exit ( default cargo door ) or not, it depends on the airplane. It might not even *have* a door you can open.

I suggest reading the chapter "Airplane Configurations" pages 52-53 on the GSX manual.

This is likely because, if you haven't configured the airplane for GSX, the fuel point is not set.

Be sure you configure the airplane with ALL doors at the correct place. But also all the airplane points, including deicers, since the wingtips data is also used to positions vehicles like the bus.
