IN MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIM X ACCELERATION PACK how could i select for example my attitude or my speed etc. in the f/18's autopilot?
If i want to go at a certian speet, at a certian attitude... wich are the buttons that i have to use?
For example: I want to go (using the autopilot) at 10000ft of attitude
And/Or i want to go at 250 knots, 19 degrees of heading, or want to do also an ils approach... (all examples) WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? PLEASE HELP ME! MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIM X ACCELERATION PACK DOESN' HAVE TUTORIALS ON THE F/18 (HOW STUPID AND CRUEL FOR A NON-EXPERT PERSON!)

There's no auto-throttle on the F/A-18. You can't also preselect an altitude directly from the cockpit. However, standard A/P key commands for changing the altitude bug will work. These are not any different from default FSX.

If you check the front of the inboard Throttle there is a "auto Throttle" switch( hard to get to but if u hover u can see it). I have it set to a key. In the "out of the box" A/C u need to "arm" the Auto th,I changed the config file so I no longer have to "arm" and the AT works good ! only problem is I cant' turn it off!!! any ideas???
