Title: Antivirus bug **SOLVED**
Post by: mikelg on November 16, 2020, 03:33:33 pm
I find it unacceptable in 2020 to have a license control process that requires the antivirus to be adjusted. This process is suspicious and only causes problems for buyers. Never again your products and I will do a negative publicity on the networks / forum ... very angry

Then you should stop using Flight simulator altogether, because some (popular) antivirus, like Kaspersky, mistakenly flags it as a virus:

AVG mistakenly flags it as virus too:

This is the simple Microsoft antivirus. If the antivirus reacted, it means that there is a non-standard action, outside the standards and that is unacceptable

With your system you only pose problems to the buyers of your products. We are already having difficulty maintaining a correct system. I was already angry with your FSX, P3D4 products and you continue on this path. If you knew the number of customers who left you for this cause.

This is the simple Microsoft antivirus.

Windows Defender can block Flight simulator exe too:

If the antivirus reacted, it's because it's bugged, plain and simple. I already provided plenty of evidence many antivirus INCLUDING the default Windows Defender blocks even Flightsimulator itself so, there's no need to add anything further to this topic.
