Title: One license for P3D/MSFS?

Just saw the announcement on Basel... Nice to hear that you can buy for P3D and use in MSFS for free! Will this also apply for Vancouver?

Vancouver has been originally released 7 years ago, so it was time for a paid update, because the new version has *significant* changes, which were all required to bring the airport to its current status.

- new or updated terminals

- new buildings which were missing

- new taxiways

- new PBR textures

- new Dynamic lighting

- new Mall area with its related car parkings

- new ground Markings

Basel is completely different, it came out in 2020 when we already knew MSFS would be released later on, it was already a scenery that's 100% PBR and the airport hasn't changed so, we decided it was fair to make it a free update for those that supported us by buying a new P3D product during the MSFS era.
