Hi to all,
thank you for accepting my registration.
I have one question to the plans of fsdt adapting GSX for MSFS 2020. Do the team plan it in the near future?
Thank you.

Yes, of course, we discussed it already in the forum a while ago:
http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php/topic,24067.0.html
We already did most of the preparation work, we converted the Couatl engine to 64 and already have a version native for MSFS which can read all the airports data with no issues.
However, we are waiting for Asobo/MS to fix the missing functions in Simconnect, which are required for GSX or any similar kind of program to be able to control and animate objects, create menus, etc. Once they'll work correctly, adapting GSX, with all its features, should be fairly straightforward.

Thank you for your answer. Will wait patientely :)

Latest update added the ability to control Simobjects so, this was a big step forward for us.
However, is still not possible to create a menu inside the sim using Simconnect. We thought about doing an external menu, like other apps are doing but, it will be an half-baked solution, which won't work in VR, so we rather wait a bit to get a "proper" menu that will work like any other MSFS menu and can be used in any mode, including VR.

You guys rock. Keep up the outstanding work and I shall keep my wallet open. ;D

Hello. Is there any indication of when this will likely be available for MSFS? Q1 q2? Also, will the passenger boarding functionality be included? Thank you

We rather not to announce any dates, because they can always be missed, the only thing sure is that we are working full time at it right now, and we'll post several updates.
Also, will the passenger boarding functionality be included?
Yes, they will be included in the base product.

One can only guess, either full price or a discount for existing customers, we will see, this was asked by others too:

I guess with MSFS it is not as easy as one would think to "convert" from P3D, in fact they might have to change things that haven't been in the SDK for some time to make use of what already has been programmed for the other platform and as mentioned in other threads, there will be improvements like even better models and if I recall correctly overhauled animations.
I keep visiting this forum every day, hoping to see a new teaser one day ;D Let's give those guys some space, I am sure they are doing everything they can to bring us this highly anticipated software to MSFS.

Hi Umberto and team,
One year on from the original question, are you any closer to releasing GSX for MSFS?
Thank you,
Toby

While it might have been "one year" in this thread, the same question has been made and answered multiple times way more recently, for example here:
