Hi, all lights on the airport goes out when I use GSX. The scenery uses SODE.
-
We are aware of this. We'll have to make it a special case like other similar sceneries, to be protected from removal. It will be available in the next Live Update.
-
Hi Umberto, any news regarding this issue? A temporary workaround is to reload the SODE DLL after starting GSX.
-
We are working on a very large update (related to KMEM release and SODE integration), that it might be dangerous to publish a Live Update now, just to fix this small issue, because it would risk causing issues to the released version, since we have changed lots of things in GSX.
It will definitely require some testing, and we are also waiting for a new SODE release, since even SODE itself has been changed quite a bit, in order to allow it to be integrated with GSX.
So, I ask for a bit of patience, and of course, the result of these integration, will be that in the future, 3rd party sceneries using SODE won't have to be explicitly supported, but will be recognized automatically.

Oh ho ho ;) We can expect some juicy new features :)
-
We can? ???

SODE 1.3.1 has been released with the API for GSX, does this mean we are not so far away from the update? :o

Yes, not far. We are still testing it, and it looks good so far.
