Hello
I’m unable to update GSX installer or get live updates as for some reason GSX now can’t find MSFS 2020 on my PC !
Is there a simple resolution to my problem ?
I’ve disabled Anti Virus etc and tried downloading the latest update but it’s not working !
Everything seems to be working in sim !

This usually happens when your Windows user account has limited permission, so it's effectively another user from the admin, which the installer must run with, otherwise it couldn't create Symlinks.
However, the latest installer was specifically updated to provide for this case, but first we need to be sure you have it, so try the Offline installer first. In theory, if it finds different users with different permissions, it should show a list of community folders founds, in case the one for the admin user doesn't exists.

i have the FSDT Live update and FSDT Icons on my desktop when i click on the universal installer the main page is blank ! it says to the left MSFS Products are hidden.....and on the bottom MSFS is not installed......i did download the offline installer and everything seems ok there.......but how do i get the main Universal installer and Live update to work !!!

See my above explanation. Does it work if you give yourself admin permissions ?

Hi everyone, today I tried to open the executable to update the program and I got this message saying that the simulators couldn't be found. Could you help me?
I have a problem with: FSDT Universal Intaller (MSFS Not Intalled)
I already tried doing: Reinstall FSDT Universal Intaller
I already tried doing: Reinstall MSFS 2024
I already tried doing: Reinstall Windows 11
This error popped up without me touching anything. I hope someone can.

Your log was useful, I think the detection of multiple users with different permissions we added in this version must have failed. Try again, there's an updated installed online now that should be downloaded automatically when you start it.
If it's still not working, please post an updated log

With "still the same", you mean you tried to update again after my reply to mclares77, and it still not working ?
