Title: Passengers disappearing when they sit (even in external and showcase cameras)
Post by: motoriousss on January 13, 2026, 12:07:39 pm: I'm using the fenix A320, using an official livery from their livery manager on MSFS 2024. I load up the aircraft with GSX as usual, I see passengers coming onboard and going to their seats but as soon as they are supposed to sit, they disappear.
I've gone through previous forum posts, and the GSX Manual but nothing gives me any solutions to this.
I've enabled cabin visibility in the fenix EFB, I have the cockpit door open, I tried the external view and the showcase camera, both show no passengers.

Also, I just reinstalled windows from scratch (for an unrelated reason), including MSFS 2024, Fenix A320, GSX etc. and I've not played around with any settings or anything just left everything as default and the issue still persists.

Post by: virtuali on January 14, 2026, 10:55:02 pm: I don't see in your post if you enabled Seated passengers in the Config page of the FSDT Installer. Note that, you must enable the airplane each time you install a new livery OR if you perform an update of the airplane.

Note that, if you see a "micro-update" in the Fenix installer, it's not real: it's because the Fenix installed considers *any* change to *any* file of the airplane installation to be an update, that includes the files GSX needs to patch to enable seated passengers so, if you enable seated passengers and then perform this fake update in the Fenix installer, you will UNDO the patch, so you must disable and re-enable seated passengers again.
