Title: Removing jetway before boarding is completed

Hi,

I have experienced this at some airports. I'm wondering if this is due GSX profile or what? I have tried to search through GSX profile to prevent this but didn't find the option.
Could it be locked until boarding is finished no matter what?

GSX removes the jetway only after calling Departure so, if the jetway is removed, it's not by GSX.
