Should I re install gsx?
-
I have to restart couatl to get it working

Anyone?

You said you had to restart the couatl engine to have jetway working but, it's not clear if the rest of GSX was working.

I have been having this problem as well since the update to version 3.7.4. Im am running MSFS2024.
GSX lets me choose a gate (the "select from map" option is great, by the way!), and as I arrive there, all the vehicles are in place and the marshaller or VDGS works fine to park the aircraft.
But as soon as the engines are off and I request to operate the jetway via the GSX menu, I get a "bad jetway data" error message (I only see the upper half of it). If I restart couatl and then operate the jetway, it works fine.

I'll check to see if we can find a workaround for this but, the main issue is: when you select a gate before landing, if you are far from the airport, the jetway data is just not available, but I'm fairly sure GSX will ask for it again when you park, and of course nothing changed in 3.7.4 and it's not related to the map either, since it's part of the parking code.
