Title: Refueling not happening because belt loader won't move
Post by: Frontier on December 26, 2025, 09:46:18 pm
Hiya,

I do like the idea of keeping the belt loaders at the aircraft, but I can confirm this isn't working properly. As always I do 2 or 4 flights in a row, meaning 1, 2 or 3 turnarounds in total. After arrival and the engines have been shut down, I request deboarding, which performs as normal. After a few minutes while deboarding is still ongoing, I request refueling. Until recently the fuel truck would arrive when the baggage unloading was finished, but nowadays nothing happens. Even when all bags have been offloaded and all passengers have disembarked, there's still nothing happening. I tried to request boarding, but that doesn't happen either, as it's still awaiting refueling, which isn't happening as the baggage loader doesn't move out of the way... The only option left currently is to restart Couatl after deboarding has been completed, requesting stairs, requesting refueling and requesting boarding.

Can we have this fixed please so it works properly again?  :)

EDIT: this is with MSFS 2020 and the PMDG NG3 737-800.

This a new feature, and while I love the idea of keeping the belt loaders connected, not having the ability to refuel while they are connected is outrageous. I fuel planes for a living and I can tell you right now, bags are being loaded and unloaded while I an actively fueling the airplane. There should be no restriction or a need to restart GSX in order for this to work.
