Title: Disappaering passengers PMDG MSFS 2000

I have GSX version 3.7.4 latest installer, passengers disappaer when sitting down.
AC is PMDG 737-800, chimy or no smoking sign is off, seated passengers is checked in the config of GSX.
I did everything like stated in the GSX manual P 99 but no result.
Anybody for support please or some advise?

After some further investigation i found out that when using the original PMDG livery, the seated passengers work perfect.
When using another livery (addon) it does not work.
It seems that GSX does not recognise that livery, only the original aircraft.
Any solution for this Virtuali?

is Cockpit door closed if you open Cockpit door passenger will appear :(

With PMDG B 737 series  you can not open cockpit door.

Again, i tested several times but passengers disappear on board B 737 800 in MSFS 2020
Al my settings are according p 98 as stated by Virtuali.
Can someone at least give a solution? I payed good money for it but is does not work like it should.
Until now i got no feedback from developers.
I almost should say miserable support.

Virtuali, i have done some more testing and i can confirm seated passengers works perfect with the original PMDG aircraft (as you buy)
but it does not work , i repeat not work with liveries you can download and install. Please advise.
I hope there is some easy solution to work this out and make things more easy.

Please indicate the precise, exact, livery you are using, and the precise, exact, variant of the 737.

Thanks Virtuali for your reply.To make things clear: i fly the PMDG B 737-800 SW in MSFS 2020
As already mentioned the home livery of PMDG works perfect with GSX seated passengers.
The variant i use is TUI livery: PMDG 737-800 TUI (OO-TUV - 2016)_R65M1 from flightsim.to website.
As already mentioned the seated passengers look pink.It looks to me that a certain file can not be read correctly by the gsx config or the file is not present.
I acted completely according your  manual p 10 and 98.
Also to mention is that the SSW home version PMDG does not work, passengers disappear when entering the cabine.
It would be great if you could sort this out. Thanks in advance

I just tested with the new update 3.7.5 and sitting passengers work perfect.

Still a little remark.
I again tested the PMDG B 737 - 800 BW(Blended winglets) and passengers disappear after entering the plane.
For this version seated passenger do not work. Any fix?
