I have uninstalled and reinstalled GSX Pro several times using the Keys etc., but no matter what i try, I can not get it to start and show up in my MSFS 2020.
Anyone Help Please!

I confirm this. I've been using GSX since it came out without major problems. Yesterday I updated GSX and now it's not loading. The in sim panel keeps "Loading..." and this is the log from the couatl64_boot.log:

I tried to restart it multiple times. Also I tried restarting the PC, nothing works. Checking the manual I don't see anything else I can do to fix it.

Same here. I get the loading message that changes to parked over and over again but never loads. Had to fly a 737 “dead head” (no passengers).
This sucks.

Apparently it is impossible to contact a human at GSX!

The thing with something like this is it's hard to figure out what is wrong. I did a flight yesterday (12/06), and GSX pro worked like it is supposed to. I am using MSFS2020 on a computer.
Posting a log would probably be very helpful.

Check your Windows Event Viewer too. Sometimes there are good hints whats going on or missing.
We’ll get the usual “read the manual” or “not happening here so it must be on our end” responses…
I mean yeah but it is working for many people and for him not, so what do you expect?

I did that at least 3 times before giving up.

Everyone is posting that GSX isn't working.
Not one time have I seen a log posted. Since this is happening to just a few people it's going to be next to impossible to see what is happening without the log. Mind you posting the log is not a guarantee that the problem can be solved. If it can Umberto will find it.
Like I said in another post in the discussion I have made a flight since the first post and GSX worked just fine for me.
BTW I am not part of the FSDT support team.

I'm beginning to think some people just want to grip that things don't work, and don't want to help Umberto help them. There has been two posts in this thread saying that they need to attach the log. However not one has been posted.

If nothing else works and you're hesitant to edit the registry and uninstall with Revo, your only option is to reinstall your computer.
For the future: If FSDT releases an update and your old version is running almost flawlessly, ignore the update and don't install it. Only update if new problems arise. This applies to both simulators.

I'm getting the same "loading..." message in MSFS2020 and there it remains stuck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled without success.

Your log shows an error that shouldn't happen. Try the offline installer, in the MSFS section of the "Products and Downloads" page.
