Title: Pax disappear as soon as they get into their seats (MS2020 FSS Embraer ERJ-175)

Ciao Umberto,

Hope you can help me with the disappearing Pax in my FSS E-Jets (eg. ERJ-175):

Thanks for upgrading GSX Pro to now also include FSS´s E-Jets, however unfortunately the Pax are disappearing when seated even though I followed these steps:
1. 3rd party livery according naming convention (as far as I know): eg. "fss-e175-livery_afr_f-hbxj"
2. after installing livery updating GSX Pro & de-clicking / re-clicking "Seated Pax in MSFS2020 Store" for all installed ERJ aircraft
3. cockpit door open in VC
4. not using auto FPS

maybe I got the naming convention wrong, or something else I missed? Please advise!

PS with my Fenix fleet it’s working, I applied the same steps (re-click seated pax in GSX Pro Config menu)

so, maybe the I got the naming convention wrong  ;)

The pattern the FSDT Installer looks for the FSS-ERJ are:

fss-aircraft-e17x
fss-aircraft-e19x

So, all extra liveries must be in a package whose name *starts* with those patterns, like this:

fss-aircraft-e17x_afr_f-hbx

this would work as well:

fss-e175-aircraft-livery_afr_f-hbx

Is this still an issue with the latest version?
I cant get seated Pax in the 195. They dissappear instantly after they entered the Airplane.

The livery folder name is fss-aircraft-e195-OSsim-Austrian-Airlines-OE-LWD

Just want to add that I am using the Aircraft in 2024

In the log I found this:
