Title: Seated Passengers B777-300 and B737 models

Passengers load and depart but disappear as they begin to seat.   They are no longer shown seated.  I have most current MSFS2020 update.

I have the same problem on the same aircraft. This is recent and follows updates on the aircraft and GSX. I have followed the manual, but no fix. It looks like the system is not triggering the 'seated' 3d passenger model.

For what simulator? There is all sorts of bugs at the moment after SU3 and I'd recommend not using GSX Seated Passengers in 2024 because it's not optimised for the simulator anymore and causes terrible performance.

Confirm I am using MSFS 2020.

Hi, an update to the seated passenger issue. I wondered if the fact that I was also running F2Crew could be a factor. As a test I uninstalled both F2Crew and the PMDG 737-800. I then reinstalled the aircraft only, but still no seated passengers, so stumped.

Again, after I already clearly proven to you the problem is NOT GSX, but a BUG in SU3 that has been FIXED in the SU4 Beta ?

So, don't mislead user by saying "GSX is not optimized for 2024 anymore", because:

- The problem didn't happen in SU2

- The problem started with SU3

- The problem seems to be fixed in SU4 (we can't say for sure until the final version will be out, of course)

Hi, further to my earlier comments regarding seated passengers, I now have them working in the PMDG 737-800, but still not in the 777-200ER. I have followed the instructions in the manual, plus unticked/ticked the boxes on the FSDT installer. Any further suggestions?
