Title: another update another crash

With newest v3.6.0 I had to delete my Airplanes content files to make gsx to work again with previously perfectly working iFLy 737 max 8 profile that I had. If I didn't do that, gsx wouldn't have worked. Now I lost the ability to disable exit1 to only have the airstairs to work with Ryanair aircraft. Would you be so kind to tell me how to disable exit 1 now? Thanks.

All of my custom aircraft profiles with configured embedded staircases that were working before the PIGS update, crash the couatl engine.  When stating a new aircraft profile everything seems to be fine, I can use PIGS check mark on or off but soon as I configure an embedded staircase couatl crashes.

This is still an issue in FS2020.

Same here, I'm on 3.6.1, now impossible to edit the aircraft profiles, as soon as I want to validate the modifications in 3D creator by clicking enter, Coualt crashes instantly.

Same with 3.6.2 Coualt crashes with embedded stairs FS2020
