I keep getting "https://www.fsdreamteam.com/sa-addon-manager" popping up in my browser when GSX is running

Because you don't have the latest update installed. Run an update Check again, and if it doesn't work, use the Offline installer.

Tried both installers and it still opens up "https://www.fsdreamteam.com/sa-addon-manager" with the message "Page Not Found" This happens when the main MSFS 2020 main page loads.

I'm sorry but, this can only happens if you still have a mixup of old and new files.

As I've said, try the Offline installer. The offline installer is always kept updated so, if you already download in the past, you must download it again now, it won't update itself, it's "offline".
