Title: I did not receive an email reply regarding the GSX PRO activation key.

Hello,

After sending an email to support@virtualisoftware.com regarding the activation key on May 14 (KST), I immediately received a reply on May 15 (KST). He said he needed my name, so I sent Umberto a reply including mine.

But I haven't received a reply since then.
The first email was sent on May 15th (KST),
The email I sent asking for confirmation was sent on May 19th (KST),
The last email I sent was on May 21st (KST), but I didn't get a reply.

My email is thosowe@gmail.com ..
The email sent on May 21st (KST) is naver.com .
Please check...

I can't find any emails in the spam
