I've seen a post mentioning that it's possible to adjust the spawn stair constraint to have rain cover or not by editing an XML file. The problem is, I don't know where to locate the file, https://imgur.com/a/qrjQsgt pic of the original thread. In my country, they use covers truck stairs even when it's not raining, i want to simulate that
