Title: Cannot get GSX menu to open

Hi,

Since the last update, I am unable to get the GSX menu to open. I have set it to be using CTRL + SHIFT + X but it doesnt open.

I have quit the Coutil and restarted it as an administrator but it doesnt show.

I have tried it in a default Asobo Boeing with engines off and no menu.

I also tried the PMDG 737 but not luck. I did get a message on the third attempt in the 737 saying that you "cannot instruct ground services unless the engines are off" but I have set the 737 to start at the gate with engines off!

I am on version 2.6.6

Any ideas please?
