Title: Pushback not start

Yesterday I reinstalled the PC. I reinstalled GSX Pro and I noticed that the pushback does not start. The voices of the operators are no longer heard. I checked the settings on both the GSX program and Windows and they are all ok.
Tried on 737 PMDG and aerosoft CRJ.
I also manually started the "Couatl" before starting the simulator but got the same result.
I want to clarify that when I call pushback the operators arrive, they write me a "ready to pushback" message and then nothing blocks them.
what am I doing wrong ?
