Title: Passengers turn around before going up the steps

I've seen this occasionally but with the DC-3 seems to be about 80% of the time.  Pilots, Crew & Passengers will walk up just short of the little ramp, turn 180 degrees, take 1 step, turn back 180 degrees and proceed up the steps into the cabin.

Any ideas what I need to do differently to prevent this.
