Title: Use Default Audio Device

Can we have an option to use the default audio device so we can control this without having to restart Coautl?

This has been already asked and answered several times.

GSX already uses the default audio device, but it use the one which was default when you started the program. It's not able to "auto-switch" the device without a restart.
