Title: baggage loading deleyed

Hi there,
Does anybody knows if there is a way to start pax boarding and baggage loading at the same time? I recently have an issue with CRJ that baggage will not start loading until all passengers are on board.

That's normal for airplanes that have cargo doors on the same side of the passenger doors, to prevent the baggage loaders to clash in the passenger stairs.
