Title: FSDT Live Updater and Couatl issues

Hello,

having problems with GSX, i get the Couatl script not started in the sim and no matter what ive tried it doesnt seem to work. Ive re installed 9 times. Ive tried launching manual from inside the folder. I think its something to do with the FSDT Live Updater. As when i use this it gets part way through step 1 then closes down each time.

Any suggestions appreciated

- Configure the antivirus and add the whole Addon Manager folder to the antivirus Exceptions

- Run the Updater again.

- Alternatively, download and install the Offline installer linked at the top of this section.

Please clarify your problem.

I see you assumed the Live Update has a problem because it doesn't go after Step 1, which entirely normal, if you have only 1 FSDT product installer, it will update only 1 product.

Are you able to start it from its icon on the Desktop ?

No problem if that is entirely normal. I just tried it in the Sim again after following the steps and still does not load up stating Cauatl script is not running.

Did you start the "start couatl for GSX in the dreamteam folder?

As I've said in my last post, ae you able to start it from the "Start Couatl for GSX MSFS" Icon on the Desktop ?
