Title: Double jetways at KMDW

Hi, using KMDW scenery by DD and getting double jetways.
How can I get rid of those? do I need to disable the custom GSX gateways?

Yes, exactly. For every 3rd party addon airport that has its own jetways. You can do it in the "FSDT Installer" app, click on "config" on the line with GSX then and move KMDW from the left column to the right column afterwards.
