hello! i reinstalled P3D and all add ons, but when im at ord gsx tells me im isolated and theres no services, im searched everywhere and dont know how to fix it. any ideas? also lmk what you need for documents or screenshots. ill include logs for ya.

You should post a log when this happened, the log you posted seems to be made after you just started the sim, went to KORD and didn't do anything.

The log I posted was after it happened; I was sitting at the gate trying to use GSX. And couldn’t cause it was giving me that error? What else do you want me to do at the gate if it’s not working?

I should have seen the parking isolated message in the log, saying which parking it was. Which parking was, btw ?

Any of them, I was at C23 then at an F gate after. It gives it to me anywhere in ORD.

Do you mean you only have this problem at KORD ? Try to remove your custom profile, and use the one the scenery comes with.

I don’t have custom profiles, it’s a clean install. Hence why it’s a clean install, I’ve read all the other posts about this issue. I just couldn’t figure out what’s causing it.

Of course you have, it's right in your log:
C:\Users\hoste\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali/GSX\kord-igr3jo.ini

Idk why? I legit uninstalled everything and cleaned the registry of it all, okay; well, is that the location I need to go to to delete it?

Our uninstaller will never remove something YOU made! That would be very wrong...

Sure, that's the location of your custom profile. As you can see in the log, there's also a profile the scenery is supplied with, but if you have one you made yourself, it will take precedence over the one supplied by us.

I have the same problem as well. Deleted any custom ini, ran the updated to make sure everything was updated and I get the isolated parking error at KORD at gate B11.

You must try to be more precise in your reports. Does this means:
- You ONLY have that message on B11, and nowhere else ?
- You have that message on B11, in other parking spots as well, but not all of them ?
- You haven't tried anything other than B11, so you don't know ?
- You had that message on FSDT KORD V2 at B11, and in other sceneries as well ? If yes, which ones ?
- You don't have that message anywhere, other than FSDT KORD V2 ?
I checked it now, and B11 works normally.

I checked it now, and B11 works normally.
I've just now tested at KMEM, KLAS, KJFK, KIAH and all of them work no problem. Tested multiple KORD gates, B11, C11, E14 and those gates gave me the error of isolated gates GSX not available. It is isolated to KORD and i've tested with the PMDG 737-700. Yesterday I had deleted the ini for KORD and ran the live update and I see it inserted the default ini and retried with no luck. I'm now trying to uninstall KORD and reinstall.

I've just reinstalled KORD v2 from the installer from your website today. Same result with the isolated error. This time loaded with pmdg 737-800. I've attached my log file.

Which shows what I suspected: like the previous poster, you haven't removed your customization:
C:\Users\Gaming Corsair\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali/GSX\kord-hhccmk.ini
It might be useful if you attach that one to, so I can check why it's happening with that file.

After I saw your post to the other poster I deleted any KORD ini in that folder. Once i reinstalled KORD that file showed up. It has a date stamp of Oct 15,2021. I assumed that is the default file that comes with the KORD installer. Once I complete my current flight I will delete again and retry.

Not possible, the KORD installer doesn't install anything in the location used for your own custom profiles.

No, that's the kord-V2_fsdt.ini in the Fsdreamteam\KORDV2\scenery, and your log shows it's there, but it won't be used, since in case your own customization is found, it will always take precedence over the default .INI that comes with the scenery.

Does it autogenerate for some reason after I delete it? Because the one I had deleted was named different and had a date stamp of March 31, 2022. Once I reinstalled and ran the updater this one with a date stamp of Oct 2021 showed up.

Just deleted the ini again and tested. It's working now, reran liveupdate and no other ini was generated in the custom folder so looks like its good now. Appreciate your help. I think I'm good now.
