I don’t see passengers for some reason. How to fix it ?

That's an unsupported airplane so, you must create a configuration for it.

 Please add the option "stop passenger movement when entering the plane." For small planes.
Now passengers peer over the roof.

That might be useful, yes. Note that, I see you used a GSX staircase, but the airplane has its own so, you should use the "Embedded Stair" feature.
