I've had this issue for sometime, would be great if it could be figured out.
At KCLT, I'm noticing floating textures that appear as groups of white lines on the runways. These textures will 'glide' down the runway on approach or landing, over the ground ground textures. I'm thinking this is related to some elevation issue - possibly from Orbx? I've used the vector elevation tool to try to fix, but I think it ended up causing more issues in other airports (I'm not experiencing odd elevation and floating textures at other devs airports that I've never had issues in the past, just since I've run the Orbx aec tool).
I've tried to move the stacking order in the library, but this doesn't help.
Appreciate a fix, thanks

Have you set your ORBX library insertion points correctly?
-
They've always been set in the same place. Not to say they've been incorrectly set.
Where should they be inserted?
-
FTX regions and Airports get set just above Bathymetry if enabled or the default San Diego.
The Global Open LC would then get placed below the Orbx Airports and regions.

I can confirm the layers of the library are correct.
The floating textures I'm speaking of are only on the runways, and look like a group of white lines that float above the ground texture when the plane is moving. There doesn't seem to be any scenery conflicts in this area, so unless Orbx vector is doing something with its elevation correction.

so unless Orbx vector is doing something with its elevation correction.
That's precisely what is likely happening. We don't use OrbX, so I cannot precisely explain what to do but, I think somewhere in their software you have the ability to disable their altitude correction on selected airports.
