Title: No Ground service available

Hello


I have an issue since last week, everytime I try to activate the GSX at the heavy gate, I hear ding sound and the red text said that no ground service availbe  because gate too small, but I am at the heavy gate,  any idea how to fix this thanks.

Thanks for your reply about the Max Allowed Wingspan, I do know about it, my issue is except I get the error message that no ground service available, I could not open the GSX menu.



it is already fixed by reinstalling.

That's because you assumed the only way to customize a parking was from the *parking" menu option 7. Instead, you can access the scenery customization page also from the GSX main menu under the "Addons" menu bar, by selecting the "Customize airport positions".

This way, the wingspan restriction will be ignored, so you can access the customization page with any airplane, even one that wouldn't normally fit.
