Title: unsure if all installed correctly

Hi,
I've just purchased gsx2 and installed it which I think was all ok and my gsx and gsx v2 seem to be working. however it seems that certain elements might be missing compared to the manual.
for example in the editor keys the manual shows several keys that do not show up in my editor eg stop distances, object height, cycle parking and rotate parking fast.
Am I missing something or is this correct.
I don't want to start the adjustment of jetways and stands if I've then got uninstall and start again.

The editor keys change a bit depending the kind of object you are editing.
