Title: Dual catering vehicles

Is there any way not to have two catering truck service the aircraft?

I know with smaller aircrafts like 737 / airbus there is only one, now with a heavy (777, A330) etc yes, there is usually two.

Is there any way to only have one for smaller aircraft?

I suggest reading the manual, where it explains how to configure any airplane.
