Do I need WoAI bgl files?

I have multiple WoAi bgl files in the fsx scenery/world/scenery after uninstalling all of WoAI and am wondering can I delete those? Cause I keep getting the error there's too much traffic lower your settings. Also I've gotten a new traffic program, so I don't need those any more. But the rep says some files in that folder might be old FS9 files and others FSX. And you need the FSX ones, but the way to tell is to slowly put them in a few at a time and see if it works. Does anybody know which to keep?

The seems to be all disabled (there's no .BGL extension anymore), so they are not affecting FSX anyway, you might as well remove them or not, it probably won't make any difference.
