Aloha Tower Clock

Orion:
The clock on the tower at Honolulu reads 00:00.  The sim time definitely isn't.  Is there something obvious I'm missing?

Clean install of PHNL 1.0.7 just today.  I installed connected to the internet, so the installer downloaded the latest Addon Manager.  Allowed both Addon Manager and Couatl to run after launching FSX the first time after installing.  Running Windows 7 64 bit and FSX Acceleration.

Download the attached file and put it in the following folder:

FSX\fsdreamteam\Couatl\PHNL

replacing the file with the same name that is already there, will fix the problem.
