Nice upgrade feer. What were you running prior to the upgrade as far as CPU/speed and RAM?

I'm thinking about doing an upgrade since my rig will be 3 years old in April, but haven't bought anything yet since I am 95% satisfied with the performance I am getting now, but of course with the newer stuff thats out now I would probably be about 100% satisfied with FSX after an upgrade.

Do you have FSDT KJFK and the PMDG 747 by any chance? I would be interested to see what type of FPS you get when on final to say 14L (facing away from the city) and 32R (facing the city) with no AI. The only reason I say no AI is becuase I hate when people say they get XX FPS with 100% AI since depending on what AI package you use , 100% for you might only be equal to 75% for me, or visa versa. If you use UT2 at 100%, it will be far different that using all the WOAI packages at 100% or MyTraffic at 100% since UT2 doesn't display a/c parked overnight or for more than 20 min prior or after landing.

If you can get 40 FPS into JFK with the scenery complexity slider at Very Dense or Exteremly dense and autogen fairly high with the PMDG 747, I might as upgrade tomorrow. As it stands now I can maintain around 25 FPS around that airport in the 744 but have to reduce the complexity slider to Dense. Still it performs ok at around 25 FPS, but it would be nice to have the extra overhead.
