Odd issue with installer/update
« on: January 21, 2026, 08:47:24 pm »
Afternoon,
Went to go check for updates this afternoon and noticed all of my products are showing the current version and then below that it just says "? is latest". Is something up with the servers? Tried reinstalling the universal installer and running it as admin and nothing changed.

We migrated to a new server today, it might take a bit for all DNS to replicate.

So, it's Jan 24 2025 and I still have this issue. The update is always there after clicking on it.
Is it still a server issue?
Thanks

Were you be able to solve the problem?
I am getting the error that the update server can't be reached...

Thanx

The problem only lasted that day, it's not normal your DNS would still outdated now, try to use a VPN instead.

Another  thing to check is your router. Some routers (like Asus and others) that comes with security software from Trend Micro might have mistakenly blocked our domain entirely, if you have such routers, you might have to whitelist fsdreamteam.com and virtualisoftware.com to let your router access the site.
