No deboarding of passengers

I took a flight today and GSX worked without any problems. Upon arrival at the destination airport, I selected deboarding. The baggage were unloaded and the menu showed the number of passengers decreasing. However, the animated passengers didn't walk off the plane but simply remained seated (see photo "deboarding completed").
 
MSFS2020, JustFlight BAe 146-300.


Any ideas? It usually works without any problems...

Restarted Couatl and selected deboarding again with no changes - passengers still sitting in the plane...

Exactly the same has started happening for me too, but in MSFS2024 with the Fenix A320 ... and only very recently have I encountered this.

Was it a glitch with the very recent GSX update perhaps?

Here's a log from my test flight. At the end, the passengers all appeared to walk off this time - but when I opened the door and looked in the main cabin, a full load of passengers remained there, and they all flashed on and off ie. every 2 seconds, they would all be there, then the cabin was empty, then they'd all appear again ... repeatedly about every 2 seconds. I've not seen this behaviour before either.

I have the log file to upload - but I've looked everywhere and cannot see how I can attach/upload a file ... can someone please advise, thank you.

ZIP the file and use the Attach option when posting.

Great that you have a log file. Maybe it will help.

I've only experienced the problem i described very rarely.
But the passengers dis- and reappearing ive never experienced...
