Hello,

First of all, thank you for providing this support forum.
I have been enjoying using GSX for a long time, but I am currently experiencing a persistent GSX Pro issue which I have not been able to resolve despite extensive troubleshooting.

Problem summary:
- GSX ground service vehicles (GPU, Catering, Pushback) do not spawn or do not operate correctly.
- In many cases, a vehicle appears briefly or stays stationary, then disappears.
- Catering and GPU requests often result in no response or cause other GSX vehicles to vanish.
- Couatl frequently disconnects or closes itself when starting a new flight, even when using ESC → End Flight → Main Menu → New Flight (not Restart Flight).

Observed error in Couatl log:
CREATE_OBJECT_FAILED
AssertionError: attempt to use an invalid SimObject instance

This suggests that GSX vehicles are failing to spawn correctly as SimObjects in MSFS.

System & setup:
- MSFS 2020 (Steam version)
- GSX Pro (latest version via FSDT Universal Installer – Release Channel)
- Windows 10
- Antivirus: ESET

Troubleshooting already performed:
- MSFS Packages moved to D:\ drive
- Packages / Community path correctly configured and verified
- MSFS runs normally from D:\ (aircraft, scenery, and other addons load correctly)

Antivirus (ESET) configuration:
- Full real-time scan exclusions added for:
  D:\MSFS\
  D:\MSFS\Packages\
  D:\MSFS\Packages\Community\
  C:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager\
  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\
- Executable exclusion added for:
  Couatl64_MSFS.exe
- HIPS exclusions added for Couatl64_MSFS.exe
- Ransomware protection checked
- System restarted after applying exclusions

Permissions:
- Windows UAC prompt appeared on GSX/Couatl startup and permission was granted
- MSFS and Couatl tested with matching privilege levels (both running as normal user)

GSX / Couatl behavior:
- GSX menu loads correctly in MSFS
- Jetways connect correctly
- Service requests appear normally in the GSX menu
- However, vehicles fail to spawn or operate
- Couatl often closes itself automatically after loading a new flight

Testing conditions:
- Multiple aircraft tested (A321, A330-900)
- Multiple airports tested (including EDDF and LTFM)
- Cold & Dark starts
- Tested both with SimBrief flight plans and without SimBrief
- GSX airport and aircraft customizations reset to default
- Airport cache reset

The issue persists in all scenarios.

Conclusion:
At this point, the issue appears to be related to GSX Pro and MSFS SimObject spawning or reconnection behavior rather than a configuration error.
All standard troubleshooting steps have been completed, including antivirus exclusions and clean flight loading procedures.

I would appreciate your assistance in diagnosing this issue, or confirmation if this is a known compatibility problem with recent MSFS updates.
Log files can be provided upon request.

Thank you for your support.

You should have attached the actual log. In any case, if this happens, it means your installation is not complete:

- Check the two GSX packages (or 3 in MSFS 2020) in the Community folder: they must be symbolic links (this is how they are installed), if they aren't (no small arrow on their icon), REMOVE them and select RELINK in the installer.

- After doing this, do an update CHECK, to be sure you are fully updated.

Thank you for the guidance.

After checking the Community folder, some GSX packages were not correctly linked.
Removing them and using the RELINK option in the FSDT Universal Installer, followed by an update check, resolved the issue.

GSX vehicles are now spawning correctly and Couatl is no longer disconnecting.
Thanks again for your support.
