Issues when I update GSX Pro

Good day, I updated GSX Pro and it's stuck on "Loading". When I remove the third-party scenery in the settings, it removes the entire Fenix ​​cockpit from the A320. This happens every time there's an update. Could you help me? Or tell me where I can find the answer? Thank you.

About the menu: GSX manual, page 98, the chapter GSX Toolbar menu stuck on Loading, with all common reasons and known solutions for this. And pay attention its normal it will take longer on the first start after an update.

About the airplane cockpit: nobody ever reported this, please clarify exactly which livery you are using and the sim used (which I guess should be MSFS 2020).
