In MSFS2024, using the Fenix A320 - Requesting boarding and refuelling via the Fenix EFB.
The passengers board ok
The baggage is loaded ok
The cargo doors close ok
The passenger entry doors close ok
But the refuelling truck never shows up.
The baggage loaders remain at the aircraft and the GSX Menu say "Refuelling requested" but it doesn't arrive. Also, the Fenix EFB doesn't give the "boarding completed" message.
When it's working correctly, the refuelling truck usually shows up very quickly when the baggage is being loaded.
I have to reset the position and then request refuelling manually, then is does come.
I have also noticed that when I request boarding and refuelling from the Fenix EFB, GSX immediately displays the messages "Boarding requested" but it doesn't display "Refuelling requested". However, the GSX main menu says that refuelling "is" requested.
It seems to depend on the airport. For example, it fails at inibuilds Luton and inibuilds Heathrow but it does work at a third party Gatwick downloaded from flightsim.to
I am using the inibuilds GSX profiles. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled both GSX Pro and the Fenix, but the problem persists.
Is there anything else I should check or try?
