I did not see any passengers sitting in the seat, although the checkboxes were checked in the settings of the PMDG-738 aircraft for MSFS2024.
After some checks, I saw what was in the folder..\Addon Manager\MSFS\fsdreamteam-gsx-pro\SimObjects\GroundVehicles\FSDT_Passengers_Seats\model.PMDG_738_2024 the FSDT_Passengers_Seats.gltf file is missing. For the experiment, I took a similar file from the folder of the same name, but a different one: model.PMDG_738_01. Uploaded to MSFS2024. He launched a command to put passengers on the plane, and lo and behold, the passengers began to stay in the cabin. But not at the correct coordinates in the chairs. This is understandable, because the table is used from another aircraft. But the fact is! The passengers remained in the cabin after boarding.
When I had a problem with passengers, I ran the GSX Pro update and check several times. But it turns out that for three folders: model.PMDG_738_2024, model.PMDG_738_2024_dual and model.PMDG_738_2024_high, for some unknown reason, the FSDT_Passengers_Seats.gltf file was not loaded.
I decided to play a trick. Copied this file to all the listed folders of the specified file. I opened the FSDT Installer window and ran the check. The miracle came a second time. In the listed folders, the FSDT_Passengers_Seats.gltf file has been corrected to the required version. And after checking the first Boeing-737-800, my passengers all sat in their seats in the correct position.
